Gavin DeGraw in stable condition after NYC Vicious Assault

Gavin DeGraw is in stable condition after being brutally assaulted in New York and run over by a cab early Monday morning, reports People.com. He is still under treatment at Bellevue Hospital on Tuesday morning.

The "I do not want to be" singer was out with friends he was attacked by "marauding thugs" around 4:30 am Monday at Sixth Street and First Avenue, New York Post reports.
Unmoved, walked north, and was beaten by a taxi on 19th Street and First Avenue. No seriously wounded by the car.
"Gavin DeGraw was assaulted ... and was taken to the emergency room at Bellevue Hospital in an ambulance. He is currently under observation. We have no information at this time, "says her representative in a statement.
He was admitted to Bellevue Hospital with a broken nose and facial lacerations.
