The Amazing Race is one of if not the best reality shows on television. The premise is simple, 11 teams of two begin a race around the world for $ 1 million the race is divided into the legs on each episode and each team must compete in various tasks through the leg before they can proceed to the pit stop, the team that finishes last in each leg is usually removed (though some legs are not removing.) When there are three teams left the race's final stage to win the cash prize. The show is fascinating to see how the racing teams from country to country and many obstacles are in the leg, like a flight delay at the airport or a taxi driver who is lost. The tasks varies during the race if a team is unable to complete a task that was fined and can not be protected until time runs out. The race is fun to watch as they learn about different cultures and places of interest throughout the show. Who will win? You have to tune in to find out. Have fun watching the world is waiting for you.
Although I think most of the U.S. reality pretty boring television series, I must admit that is what I really like. Mainly because it is so global, the mixture of different cultures and traditions. You can see the difference between developing and developed countries and so on. It's fun to watch the teams to push at the top with some foreign missions and an argument over nothing. The tasks are usually related to the country that are competing and that is very good too.
The budget of the series is huge. They were running in Estonia (where I live:) in the summer and my friend took part of it too, and found that the program was doing. It's just unbelievable stations, local television was paid to not show or write about the series. All small details are checked and must complete the list of 5 pages of the contract. The story is also confirmed in the last minute after the search for optimal routes and tasks by the producers. And that is what makes the special program
